Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This policy explains how Quicod processes information when you visit our website, manage a store, or connect an integration. Merchants are responsible for the customer information they collect through their stores.

Information we process

We process account and contact details you provide, store configuration, products, orders and customer details needed to run your store. We also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, security logs and website activity to operate, secure and improve the service.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide store management, authentication, order processing, support and the integrations you enable. Service providers process information as needed to deliver hosting, email and other selected features. Data may also be disclosed when required by law. Merchants control which delivery services and other integrations receive their customer information.

Google account and Google Sheets access

Connecting Google Sheets is optional. We access your Google account identifier and email to identify the connected account. The drive.file permission allows access to files you select through Google Picker; it does not give Quicod access to all files in your Drive. We process selected spreadsheet identifiers, titles, worksheet names and header values to configure the export, then append the order fields you choose, which may include customer name, phone, address and order details. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted to maintain this connection.

Limited use of Google data

Quicod uses Google data only to provide the connected features described here. Google data is not sold, used for personalized advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Human access is limited to what is necessary with your permission for support, security purposes or legal obligations. Quicod’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting and deleting data

You can disconnect Google Sheets in your store’s integrations settings or revoke Quicod’s access in your Google Account. Disconnecting removes the stored connection credentials and sheet link and stops future exports. Rows already exported remain in your spreadsheet and can be deleted there. Contact support to request access, correction, account closure or deletion of data held by Quicod. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle support, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, and backup copies are removed through the backup lifecycle. We use access controls, encrypted integration credentials and HTTPS in production to protect information.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

Session and security cookies support sign-in and protect the service. Analytics or marketing tools, when enabled, may process website interactions and technical identifiers. Merchant-configured tracking tools and third-party integrations have their own policies. Google also processes information under its own privacy policy.

Contact and changes

Contact Quicod through the support link below for privacy questions or data requests. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
